Stephan Tiller. Building brands.
Automating business.
Creating digital experiences that matter.

Creative technologist, brand strategist, and automation builder helping businesses and nonprofits create meaningful digital experiences.

Technology should empower people, not overwhelm them.

I am Stephan Tiller: a creative technologist, digital brand strategist, and business automation consultant. I help businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs use branding, automation, and artificial intelligence to simplify their operations and strengthen their presence.

The work sits where creativity meets systems. Some days that means an identity and a story; other days it means an intake pipeline that gives an owner their evenings back. It is the same job either way: making technology feel like an ally.

Every project is rooted in thoughtful strategy, careful design, and a bias toward solutions the client can own and operate after I leave. Dependence is not a deliverable.

And I remain, deliberately, a student. This field reinvents itself every season; staying useful means staying curious, and I would not have it any other way.

Services

One practice, many doors in.

Engagements begin wherever the need is sharpest and expand only when it earns its keep.

  • Names, marks, and message platforms that hold up for years, not seasons. New ventures, rebrands, and organizations whose look no longer matches their work.

  • Fast, accessible sites designed to grow with the organization that owns them. Businesses and nonprofits that need a durable digital home, not a brochure.

  • Storefronts founders can run alone after handoff. Product founders launching or rebuilding their store.

  • Systems that take the repetitive work so people can keep the judgment calls. Service businesses drowning in admin and owner-operators doing paperwork at night.

  • Practical AI inside real workflows, with people in the loop. Teams curious about AI who want results, not experiments.

  • Reusable prompt systems that make AI output consistent and on-brand. Teams already using AI daily who need consistency across people and tasks.

  • A plain-language plan for where your digital presence goes next. Organizations planning their next season of digital investment.

  • A second set of eyes on the work, from concept to launch. Teams with capable hands who want senior perspective without a senior hire.

  • A publishing system you can sustain, not a calendar you abandon. Brands that go quiet after every burst of posting.

  • Honest images in a repeatable visual language. Brands replacing stock imagery with their own visual voice.

A toolkit that keeps growing.

Community impact

Service before self.

The most meaningful work I do rarely has an invoice attached.

Technology decided the direction of my life because someone took the time to show me what was possible. I try to be that person for others: for young people meeting code for the first time, for small nonprofits doing large work with no technical staff, and for neighbors on the wrong side of the digital divide.

This is not a marketing program and I resist treating it like one. It is a standing commitment: hours every month for mentorship, discounted and donated builds for organizations serving my community, and patient, judgment-free technology help for the people the industry usually leaves behind.

If you run a nonprofit or community program and technology is the wall between you and your mission, write to me. If I cannot help directly, I will help you find someone who can.

How the work happens.

  1. 01

    Discover

Listening first: your goals, constraints, audience, and the systems you already live in.

  2. 02

    Strategy

A plain-language plan: what we build, why, in what order, and how we will know it worked.

  3. 03

    Design

Identity, interfaces, and content shaped in the open, with your feedback in the loop early.

  4. 04

    Build

Careful engineering on durable platforms, structured so the system can grow without a rebuild.

  5. 05

    Launch and hand over

Training, documentation, and a handoff that leaves you able to run what we made.
