From product idea to storefront
A first-time founder with a strong product and no digital presence. We built the brand, the store, and the content system to launch and keep going.

The challenge
The product was ready; nothing else was. No name lockup, no photography direction, no store, and no plan for what happens after launch week.
The approach
Brand first: naming refinement, identity, and a photography language the founder can reproduce with a phone and a window. Then the storefront, built on a platform the founder can run alone, with a content calendar and email flows wired in from day one so launch week became launch year.
Where it landed
The founder runs the store independently: updates products, publishes content, and reads the numbers without calling for help. The system was designed to be handed over, and it was.
